Forest is currently enrolled in our Paws of Hope prison resident/rescue dog training initiative, where he’s building strong manners and confidence as an AKC Canine Good Citizen (CGC) candidate. He excels with mental stimulation, training, and play, making him an excellent match for an active family dog in California or someone who loves hiking, exploring, and staying busy.

True to his working-dog roots, Forest is driven, smart, and eager to engage—but after a full day of adventure, he’s just as happy relaxing with his favorite humans. With consistency, enrichment, and love, Forest will be a devoted adventure buddy dog and lifelong companion.
